1.1. This privacy policy applies to the QueUp app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Rhymin & Partners Sdn Bhd (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
1.2. This Application is intended for citizens of Brunei to book appointments or consultation at ease.
2.1. The Application collects information when user download and use the APP.
2.2. User device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address) will be collected when "APP" is in used.
2.3. the number of times user visited the APP, the pages of the APP that user have visited and time spent on the pages.
2.4. the APP will be collecting the Operating System of user mobile, this is to distinguished between IOS and Android devices. other mobile details such as Bundle ID for iOS, application package name, application name, version number may be collected to improve the user experience and ensure the security and stability of the service
2.5. The Application will also require user to allow access and read file from the mobile storages for invoice / proof of payment upload.
2.6. The Application will be notifying user of the user upcomming task remainder only as long as user is logged in to the APP.
2.7. During registration only user name, email, phone number and IC number will be required to set up for an account, External Data will be required depending on the merchant that user would like to connect with.
2.8. The APP will only require the estimation location of user mobile devices.
2.9. The Service Provider may use the information user provided, to contact the user from time to time and to provide user with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
3.1. The Application will require user name, email, phone no and IC no to register for an account.
3.2. Extra details will be required depending on the merchant that user will be interacting with.
3.3. External data will not be shared with any other merchant other than the specific merchant.
3.4. Appointments and consultation will be collected for other user references of that same appointments.
3.5. The app will be turning user usage data as analytics for analytical purposes.
5.1. Data that is provided by the user will be retain by the service provided as long as the user still using the APP.
5.2. If user would like to delete the provided data, user can do so by contacting the service provider at enquiries@rhyminpartners.com and service provider will respond in a reasonable time.
5.3. Past data that is shared with the merchants by the user with the user consent will not be responsible by the service provider.
6.1. Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

6.3. The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
7.1. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
7.2. once user uninstall the APP, data that user provided to the service provider will be deleted with a month after uninstallation process.
8.1. Data that is provided by the user will be retain by the service provided as long as the user still using the APP.
8.2. Data will be detained if there is a legal obligation to which we are subject
9.1. The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
9.2. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
9.3. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers.
9.4. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (enquiries@rhyminpartners.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
10.1. The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
10.2. The APP will not be accessable in a browser with "don-not-track" signal. user may disable their GPS access from their mobile setting.
11.1 This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
12.1. By using the Application, user are consenting to the processing of the user information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
12.2. By using the APP, user are consenting on sharing more details to specific merchants.
12.3. The APP will require user consent to access files in their mobile storages.
12.4. The APP will remember user log in if the user consent to it by clicking the remember me box which user will not need to log in the next time they wishes to use the APP.
